Ed is one of the leading trainers in the country with multiple stakes winners and top winners at all major festivals from Royal Ascot to successful French raids. His biggest success includes training July Cup winner Starman who is now a top stallion as well as Group 1 winning fillies Dreamloper & Prix de l'Abbaye winner Makarova.
Jamie Insole
Over the last three years Jamie Insole has quickly established himself as one of the most exciting young trainers in the country, with over 80 winners as well as Group 2 success at Glorious Goodwood with Witness Stand and two international victories in Dubai with Dividend. This came whilst in parternship with Dr Richard Newland at Urloxhey Stables in Worcestershire. Jamie will begin training under his own license at Sarsen Farm, Lambourn from 1st December 2026.

Hughie has trained for over two decades from his base in East Ilsley, Berkshire. He has established himself as one of the leading dual purpose trainers with high profile winners at the Cheltenham Festival and at Royal Ascot. Hughie has trained multiple high class horses for Thurloe including Wokingham Handicap winner Baltic King and top stakes performer and star broodmare, Ruby Rocket.
